As an Executive Coach, my job is to provide the framework, questions, and tools to help individuals and teams shift perspective, reset expectations, clear obstacles, and accomplish goals.

SERVICES

Individual Coaching

In a 3-6 month engagement, we determine what is most important to you, clear obstacles, and navigate toward desired change. Clients explore themes like transition, decreased motivation, conflict, feeling stuck or uninspired, team dynamics, and frustration or anxiety. We explore what matters most to you and focus on making shifts that create momentum and new outcomes.

Team Coaching

In collaboration with leaders, we explore targeted goals, as well as, challenges that hinder success. Together we create a customizable, engaging a session or series of sessions that focuses on strengths, honors differences, and inspires insight and learning that shift the team’s perspective, increase trust, and encourage honest dialogue. Organizational Consulting

Having an outside collaborator to move through change or transition can boost next level thinking in your organization. Grounded in systems thinking, Becki offers a variety of ways to support executives, leadership teams, and managers toward employee engagement and targeted, agreed upon goals.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years working with individuals and teams to maximize engagement and deepen satisfaction in life and work. With humor and insight, I have the privilege every day to create an environment that fosters learning and growth. I work to:

  • Support individuals and teams through the development process with proven framework and tools that provided shared language, clarity and comfort in fast-paced professional environments.

  • Invest energy and skill-building to increase well-being and deepen engagement resulting in lower stress and increased satisfaction.

  • Identify and explore ways to heighten employee engagement amongst diverse individuals to foster collaboration and create a dynamic work culture focused on strengths.

  • Inspire individuals to explore what’s most important, overcome challenges, and shift thinking toward their inspired future.

What I Believe: I believe all of us have both the strengths and insight to live vibrant lives and make an impact on the world given the opportunity to explore our deepest desires and challenges.

Becki splits her time between the Pacific Northwest and the Sonoran Desert, and enjoys hiking, writing, wine tasting, and the occasional motorcycle adventure.
